		<description>All of your suggestions are great ideas but I&#039;d like to comment on the use of plastics.  When it comes to the old standard petroleum-based plastics reuse or recycling are the best options.  If they are disposed of, as you mentioned, they will remain as waste for years.  The other option is to use biodegradable plastic products they are produced from plant material.  These are non-toxic and reduce our dependence on foriegn oil among other benefits.  While taking your own utensilc to fast food restaurants sounds good, it&#039;s probably not realistic.  As an alternative, how about we require fast food restaurnts use biodegradable cutlery?</description>
